SKY TOWER KING DELUXE For the money we paid for a one night stay ($600) this was very much below standard. We tried to talk to management at the hotel and was informed they couldn't do anything for us as far as better compensation because they were separate entities. All that they would offer us is a $25 food credit. 1st day in the pool my husband stepped on glass and cut his foot. Worst part is the Aqua Pool is not part of the casino. Phone in room didn't work so each time we needed to request something we had to go down to the front desk. A/C in room was intermittent and didn't work all night. Requested from front desk twice after the fact, never came and made the bed or brought us new towels. Was not informed you had to request your room to be cleaned/bed made, new towels etc and you had to do it the day before you wanted the service. Beds extremely uncomfortable, pillows even worse. We went last year same time and service was okay.
